Shipping
Verse & Prose ships all orders via USPS from San Luis Obispo, California. Orders placed before 12:00pm PST (Monday - Friday) will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
All U.S. orders over $45 qualify for free USPS First Class shipping. We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are based on USPS estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Verse & Prose. We do not ship on Federal Holidays. Your order will go out the next available business day.
When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Verse & Prose is not responsible for costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address or the order can be cancelled and a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
At this time, we ship to the United States as well as the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not satisfied with your Verse & Prose, please let us know and we'll make every effort to fulfill your request.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges and refunds up to 30 days after the original purchase date. We do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Verse & Prose will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition and must be received by Verse & Prose within 30 days of your original order. Include a note describing what you are requesting with your return or refund. For an exchange, include the style, color and size of the item you would like in return.
For a refund, please state the item and the amount you are requesting a refund for.
